On-demand gardening

A verified mali at your door in 10–30 minutes.

Book expert plant care the way you book a cab. Or subscribe, and the same mali who knows your balcony comes back every week. Tools, soil and the actual skill arrive with him.

Android first. The app isn’t published yet — leave a number and we’ll message you the day it is.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them are yours to manage.

  1. Book in about a minute

Pick a service — pruning, repotting, a full garden maintenance visit, or a plant health check. Choose now, or a slot later this week.

  2. A mali is dispatched

We search verified malis who are online and nearest to you. First to accept gets the job. You see who is coming, their rating, and a live ETA. Nobody accepts in four minutes? You get a slot or a full refund — never silence.

  3. Job done, on the record

You read out a four-digit OTP to start the job. Before and after photos are mandatory to finish it. Then you rate, and tip if you want — 100% of a tip goes to the mali.

The model

We sell plants with no delivery fleet.

Not a lean one. None. There is no rider network, no dark store, no last-mile cost buried in the price — because the trip to your home already exists. Your mali is coming anyway. He carries the order.

Every rupee of a product order, split three ways. None of it goes to logistics, because there is no logistics.

  1. Partner nursery

Your order routes to the nearest nursery that actually has the stock. They pack it. That is their entire job — no van, no rider, no delivery operation to run.

  2. Your mali, en route

The pickup appears on his job screen as a manifest with the nursery address. He collects it on a trip he was already making to your home.

  3. Your balcony

The pot arrives with the person who knows where to put it. Delivered and planted inside the visit you already booked.

No visit coming up? Standalone delivery costs ₹49. It exists as a fallback, not a default — free-with-your-next-visit is the thing that makes the model work, and we would rather you waited a day.

Care plans

One mali, every week, who remembers what you nearly killed last month.

One-off visits fix a problem. A plan prevents one. Subscribe and visits are generated on a weekly cadence, pre-assigned to your preferred mali — no rebooking, no new stranger in your home.

Basic Monthly

₹2,999/month

  • 4 visits a month
  • Regular pruning
  • Seasonal watering care

Recommended

Premium Quarterly

₹7,999/quarter

  • 12 visits
  • Monsoon preparation
  • Organic compost added each visit

Annual Pro

₹24,999/year

  • 48 visits
  • Festive & seasonal flower care
  • 15% off new pots
  • The same mali every visit — he learns your plants, so you stop re-explaining them
  • Pause the whole plan for up to a month; your price and your mali stay locked
  • Skip a single visit without losing the plan

Pilot pricing, and honestly still moving. Plans live in our database rather than in the app build, so a price can change without anyone shipping a release — which also means the number you see here is the number you will see in the app.

Supply

The hard half of this business is the people, not the app.

A cleaner is trainable in a week. A mali is not. Both sides of our supply sign up in the same app, from the same role picker.

For malis

Work as a mali

You already know how to do this. What you are missing is a queue of paying work and a payout that arrives on a fixed day.

Four checks before you go live: ID, a skill assessment, police verification, and XGreen training. They are the reason a customer opens the door.

For nurseries

Partner your nursery

You have the stock. You do not want to run a delivery business. So don’t — orders leave your gate in a mali’s hands.

You list inventory and pack what is ordered. The mali collects on his way to the customer. That is the whole operation.

Waitlist

We’d rather open one area properly than five badly.

A ten-minute promise needs verified malis already online near you. So we open an area only once we have enough of them — and the fastest way to move your area up that list is to tell us it exists.

Customer, mali or nursery: same list, same number.

We text it once, at launch. Nothing else.

Optional, but it decides where we open next — Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, or anywhere we haven’t thought of.

One text when we launch near you. That’s the whole deal.
