- Delivery Attempts: If the courier service makes multiple attempts to deliver the package and is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to receive the order), the item may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- Receiving Orders: It is your responsibility to be available to receive the order. If you have special instructions (e.g., leaving the package with a neighbour), please inform us when placing the order.
7. Shipping Live Plants
- Special Handling: Live plants are packed with care to ensure they remain healthy during transit. However, minor variations in the appearance of the plants may occur due to environmental changes during shipping.
- Weather Considerations: In extreme weather conditions, there may be slight delays to ensure the health and safety of the plants during delivery.
